So now what?

So now what?

Just as we heard from many of you the past 10 days or so, we'll miss SYNC 2018 edition, too. Thank you for joining in the listening and audio bookshelf-building! What happens now?

First of all, please keep telling us about your listening experiences. We love hearing your comments on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and however else you want to reach out and tag us. Our account names are listed in each social media channel and you can use the hashtag #sync18listens so others can find your comments about this year's 26 audiobooks.

Second, a huge thank you to all our participating publishers! We all--including you listeners--needed Blink!, Brilliance Publishing, Candlewick on Brilliance, Dreamscape, Elizabeth Fama, Hachette, HarperAudio, L. A. Theatre Works, Listening Library, Live Oak Media, Oasis, Naxos AudioBooks, Random House, Scholastic, and Thomas Nelson to pitch in. Thank you, too to OverDrive for making the service of each title to each listener so easy.

Next on our first day at the end of the 2018 SYNC season is to let you know you'll be receving a survey shortly. We have a pretty good track record for responses so we hope this year, too, our participants will take the very little time it takes to respond to our evaluation questions. Doing so, of course, helps us to build a great roster for 2019.

And yes, we'll be back! Free audiobook downloads will return in April. In the meantime, you'll find nearly weekly blog posts here about listening, interesting audiobook news for teen listeners and those who guide them, and even breaking updates as 2019 titles are selected. We'll also continue to post and share via social media, including some of the wonderful comments we've received about the SYNC program this year.
